📋 Description

• Provide operational and engineering support. • Handle incident management, problem management, change management (implementation of changes), release management, and capacity management. • Provide L2 and L3 escalation support for the NOC and Service Desk. • Provide project representation in your area of expertise and maintain system documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 to 6 years of hands on experience on Cloud based computing specifically AWS or Azure. • At least 9 to 10 years of total IT experience. • AWS or Azure certification is a nice-to-have. • Knowledgeable on DevOps tools such as the Cloudformation, Terraform, ARM/JSON templates YAML for ansible. • Hands-on experience in the Ci/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ECS Fargate, Kubernetes Helm and Circle CI. • Experience Patching cloud solutions such as AWS SSM, ansible tower, SCCM etc. • Willing to be on 24x7 global support and on-call schedule.
