📋 Description
• Conduct end-to-end reviews of documents in both English and Japanese • Ensure all content adheres to specific brand standards • Verify that all safety warnings and regulatory information are accurately represented • Review the architecture of knowledge base pages and LMS modules • Act as a bridge between the global English-speaking teams and the Japan-based operations • Audit Japanese keywords, tags, and metadata • Manage the lifecycle of bilingual document updates
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) • Professional Fluency in English • BA/BS with a strong academic record • 5+ years of experience in document review, technical proofreading, or translation QA within a technical field • Elite Attention to Detail • 5+ years working in a technical environment • Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and communication styles • Strong project management skills
