📋 Description
• lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, content writers and editors • provide thought leadership in instructional design strategies • hire, train, mentor and evaluate staff (ID Supervisors) • implement training for key functions • analyze learning needs to determine required skills • define instructional design strategy and outline training content • facilitate the Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions • evaluate the learning effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials • 3-5 years conducting learning needs analyses • working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles • drafting measurable training goals and learning objectives • developing appropriate learning assessment strategies and instruments • technology literate • experience with media development tools, office suite, and web applications • understanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline) • E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms (LMS)
