📋 Description

• Development, maintenance, and governance of Workday reporting solutions and related data assets • Ensuring reports are accurate, secure, and compliant with organizational standards • Partnering with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements for Workday reporting solutions • Conducting regular audits for report accuracy and efficiency • Supporting data governance initiatives across HR and business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in Workday reporting or HRIS analytics • Familiarity with Workday report types and calculated fields • Understanding of data governance principles, access controls, and privacy regulations • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requests
