• 10+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition • 8+ years leading high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the Philippines • Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in BPO/Outsourcing, Shared Services, or high-growth tech/service industries • Strong command of AI-powered sourcing and automation tools • Deep expertise in recruitment metrics, funnel optimization, budgeting and strategic reporting • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Strong understanding of labor market dynamics in India
