📋 Description

• Achieve profitable sales growth in Walmart and Sams • Leverage data and insights for category management • Be customer obsessed and manage critical business needs • Partner with sales director and retailer on joint business plan • Demonstrate strong command of operational needs including forecasting and P&L expertise • Partner with supply chain for operational efficiency • Identify growth in new categories and develop go to market strategies • Partner with eComm team for Ecommerce growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required • Location: Bentonville, Arkansas • 5+ years’ successful CPG experience specific to sales, national account management, category management, or related field • Strong sales fundamental experience (Forecasting, TPM Management, S&OP) • Headquarter sales experience directly with Wal-Mart required, Club experience preferred, ideally within the last 2 years • Strong Category Acumen, skilled in syndicated/POS data sources (Nielsen, Retail Link, Madrid) and ability to create clear and compelling stories • Strong Financial and Trade management experience, managing pricing/promo strategies in highly dynamic categories • Strong business acumen with emphasis on best-in-class- go to market experience. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions. • Excellent Communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders on both short/long term vision • Strategic and pro-active with interpersonal skills and an ability to influence across levels and functions within the organization • Commercially astute with a strong business sense and excellent problem solving / analytical skills
