📋 Description

• We're reimagining mental health care experience to make it accessible and stigma-free. • Hiring an Alliances Manager to expand strategic relationships with benefits firms. • Responsible for broker engagement, education strategies, and driving partnerships. • Collaborate with teams to position Tava as the go-to mental health partner. • High-impact, relationship-driven role requiring both strategy and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in benefits consulting, brokerage, or a partnerships/alliances role within the employee benefits ecosystem • Deep understanding of how brokers and consultants operate—including incentive structures, sales cycles, and decision-making dynamics • Existing relationships within national and/or regional brokerage firms preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders • Strategic mindset with a bias toward execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
