📋 Description
• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance of TaxAct's payment and filing experiences • Define, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that drive adoption of product upgrades and ancillary offerings • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment and filing experiences • Drive continuous improvements across the end-to-end filing and payment journey • Lead product discovery efforts through customer research, market trends, and competitive analysis • Partner with third-party vendors and strategic partners to evaluate and optimize payment solutions • Communicate product vision, priorities, and business outcomes effectively to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years of product management experience in software, fintech, tax, financial services, or other highly regulated industries • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams • Familiarity with AI-powered products, tools, and capabilities • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B testing • Resourceful, adaptable, and execution-oriented • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences • Passion for innovation in tax, financial services, payments, and emerging technologies
