• Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative B2B tax and payments experiences. • Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, balance trade-offs, and ensure alignment with goals. • Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and optimize product performance. • Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, compliance, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Serve as a thought leader in B2B tax and payments, shaping future direction of the product portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • 5–7 years of product management experience in software, fintech, tax, or financial services with proven success. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with ability to evolve strategy based on research and data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical, business, and compliance functions. • Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking practices.
