• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of related customer service experience or equivalent work experience • Experience in Retail, banking, or contact center preferred • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills • Ability to assist customers on the phone for long periods • Must have PC skills with the ability to use/learn current technology and software applications • Must be able to effectively support customers using designated primary language (Spanish and/or English)
