📋 Description

• Provides quality customer service and sales in a Contact Center environment • Creates an exceptional Customer experience supporting inquiries via phone, written, chat, etc. • Completes a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency • Follows all bank policies and procedures to reduce risk

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of related customer service experience • Ability to assist customers on the phone for long periods of time • Must have PC skills with the ability to use/learn current technology • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required • Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must be able to take phone calls in both languages
