📋 Description
• Manage programs with moderate to high regulatory oversight • Drive root cause analysis, remediation strategy, and control design • Directly manage a team to ensure talent development • Provide strategic guidance to business/functional leaders • Own issues from identification through closure, driving remediation execution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Project Management Certification required • 10+ years relevant experience • Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles • Exposure to financial management for tracking, forecasting, and managing budgets • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong facilitation skills • Ability to think strategically and possess strong business acumen • Proven ability to stay focused under pressure
