📋 Description
• Acts as an Operations owner or representative on projects focused on continuous improvement of Transaction Services • Participates in the identification, developments, and implementation of operational efficiencies for bank operations • Researches and applies Customer requirements in development and enhancement of systems • Acts as a project manager for small-scale projects • Maintains working knowledge of Transaction Services processes • Trains employees
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 Years of related experience • Strong technical abilities including database and spreadsheet proficiency • Previous experience coordinating multidimensional projects
