• Deliver training and onboarding sessions • Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
🎯 Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED • 1+ years' experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent • Teller experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Notary License (Preferred)
