• You are the first point of contact for our customers for inquiries relating to motor (auto) and personal insurance. • You assist customers with questions about quotes and policies. • You will also handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution. • You record customer information in our systems and forward follow-up cases to the claims or policy service departments as necessary. • Managing customer data and documents completes your responsibilities.
• Several years of experience in telephone-based customer support • Ideally experience in the motor (auto) insurance industry • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Enjoys telephone-based customer contact • Strong customer focus and high service orientation • Careful, detail-oriented working style and business-fluent German (spoken and written)
