📋 Description

• Lead and continuously evolve the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe. • Partner with senior executives to strengthen ethical culture and compliance awareness throughout the organization. • Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, regulatory developments, internal investigations, and governance matters. • Oversee regional compliance monitoring initiatives and drive effective risk mitigation strategies. • Ensure alignment with global compliance standards while addressing local regulatory requirements across European markets. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading Ethics & Compliance programs within a multinational environment. • Strong knowledge of European compliance regulations and corporate governance practices. • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex business environments. • Experience managing compliance investigations, risk assessments, and organizational change initiatives. • A collaborative and credible leadership style, combined with excellent judgment and communication skills. • The ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial realities and business objectives.
