📋 Description

• Independently initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control IT infrastructure projects on-site at our clients’ locations • Advise clients on the design, implementation and optimization of complex IT and communications infrastructures • Responsible for costing, controlling and quality assurance of deliverables (e.g. plan reviews) • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders (requesters, business units, suppliers) and work closely with clients and partners • Prepare and produce technical concepts, solutions and documentation, presentations and decision-making materials • Apply and implement common standards and best practices • Actively contribute to the development of project management processes and methods

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training, degree in STEM or comparable qualification • Several years of hands-on experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects (building ICT, cabling, LAN/WLAN, colocation/housing, data centers, server systems, AV/mediaprojection systems, access control systems, etc.) • Technical understanding of current IT and telecommunications systems and their operational processes • Confident in implementing IT requirements in the context of construction projects • Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. HOAI, VOB/B, VOL/B), ideally experience in awarding planning or construction contracts • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and conflict-resolution competence • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to set clear priorities • Willingness to travel within the Munich area
