📋 Description

• Lead deployment and evolution of the DDN Operations Business System across all manufacturing sites • Drive lean transformation, capability building, governance, and continuous improvement • Lead deployment of the DDN Operations TEOA roadmap across all sites • Establish and maintain CI governance mechanisms • Drive standardization of lean operating practices and management systems • Deliver lean training, coaching, and mentoring to leaders and site teams • Develop internal CI capability and succession pipelines • Lead TEOA maturity assessments and certification processes • Build and govern site improvement pipelines • Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream improvement initiatives • Ensure sustainable implementation and benefit realization • Track operational performance metrics and CI project outcomes • Identify systemic barriers and drive corrective actions • Share best practices across sites • Promote frontline ownership and employee-led improvement • Foster a culture of problem-solving, waste elimination, and accountability • Support leadership development through continuous improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field • 8+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience • Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Proven experience leading multi-site CI deployment • Strong coaching, facilitation, and change management skills • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities • Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
