📋 Description
• Steward a portfolio of national foundation partners with significant investments • Develop tailored cultivation and stewardship strategies • Manage multi-tiered relationships with program officers and senior leaders • Execute high-quality grant management and track pipeline trends • Coach and mentor team members on portfolio management
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience managing complex institutional relationships • Experience with national foundations and seven-figure portfolios • Strong relationship-building skills • Excellent communication abilities • Strategic thinking and systems-minded operations • Experience in education or related fields preferred
