📋 Description
• Shape prospect strategy, research, and portfolio management for fundraising outcomes • Manage and coach a team • Serve as a strategic thought partner in fundraising • Drive prospect analysis and prioritization at scale • Leverage technology and AI for insight and efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of related experience in prospect development or similar fields • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear strategy • Experience in complex organizations • Strong strategic thinking and judgment • Ability to influence stakeholders • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
