📋 Description

• Shoot preparation: create shooting schedules and shot lists, provide scripts, confirm locations, and order props and equipment in good time • Production pipeline: manage videos and ads through a scheduled process, secure deadlines, and keep status visible at all times • Event production: plan, crew, and deliver customer testimonials, after-movies, and on-site capture • Procurement & coordination: organize vendors, equipment, and crew with clear lead time • Content → Marketing interface: reliable, scheduled handovers instead of ad-hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on production experience in the creator or agency space • Basic understanding of editing (timing, B-roll cues, captions) — for planning purposes, not execution • Event production experience • Experience in, or transferable skills to, finance/real estate
