📋 Description

• Own strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for complex enterprise products • Champion data-driven decision-making through user interviews and market analysis • Leverage AI and product management tools for smarter product experiences • Foster cross-functional collaboration to understand industry and market dynamics • Build customer empathy for better product solutions • Work closely with design and engineering teams for product validation • Manage prioritization and focus for engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Product Manager building SaaS products • Proven success driving customer adoption and retention • Experience in delivering martech products across multiple industries • Experience building complex features with dependencies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with experience articulating value to leadership • Fluency in English required, Russian is a plus
