• participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others) • searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients) • conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languages • updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website • placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals) • drawing up reports at regular intervals • you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team • experience in leading a team is an advantage • proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic • active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, ... • participation in career events
• experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years • education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage • established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn) • Czech/Slovak - native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage • Independence • proactive and responsible approach • team work ability to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of results • organizational talent • interest in new technologies
