• Help shape and strengthen the clinician experience at Chatterboxes by supporting the systems, processes, and day-to-day operational rhythms • Partner closely with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, team development, and organizational processes • Bring consistency, structure, and follow-through to key operational and team initiatives • Support the ongoing growth and consistency of our leadership team by helping coordinate leadership development initiatives, communication systems, and organizational follow-through • Help cultivate a strong sense of connection and community across our remote team by coordinating initiatives • Serve as a key operational connector across leadership, systems, and workflows
• Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in operations, people operations, project coordination, recruiting, administration, or similar cross-functional roles • Experience improving workflows, processes, or operational systems within a growing organization • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort supporting people-related processes such as recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, or team coordination • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or external partners • Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment with strong follow-through and attention to detail • Located in the United States; Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred
