📋 Description

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, and energy projects • Track major project pipelines and identify early-stage opportunities for engagement • Identify key decision-makers and companies awarded primary contracts and initiate outreach strategies • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities • Support and coordinate the preparation of quotes, proposals, and pricing submissions • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through research, email outreach, and strategic engagement • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities • Provide actionable market insights to support sales strategy and positioning • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priority opportunities and conversion strategies • Support marketing efforts (e.g. LinkedIn updates) to strengthen brand presence and credibility

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles • Proven experience working with or selling into the Australian market (required) • Strong understanding of Australian construction, infrastructure, logistics, or equipment hire industries • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity conversion • Familiarity with Australian tendering processes, project pipelines, and procurement practices • Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers • Excellent communication skills for professional outreach and proposals • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented • Strong research and analytical skills to uncover new opportunities
