• Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, analyze reports, and develop strategies to maximize profitability • Coach and support General Managers, ensure operational efficiency, and implement process improvements • Ensure exceptional guest experiences, evaluate feedback, and drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and satisfaction • Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term asset strategies • Review performance reports, track KPIs, and conduct performance reviews with General Managers • Ensure compliance with regulations, implement emergency preparedness plans, and mitigate operational and financial risks • Participate in acquisitions, develop growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in campground operations, hospitality management, or asset management • Proven track record of managing a multi-location portfolio and/or overseeing large teams • Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and communication skills
