• Own the financial performance of the US network of operating subsidiaries • Partner with finance and executive leadership to establish performance targets by business unit • Monitor and analyze portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Industry Leads • Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business ownership across the team • Translate corporate strategy into clear network-level objectives
• 10+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, portfolio management, or investment leadership • 5+ years managing and developing high-performing teams • Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and strong analytical skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel up to 30% to portfolio businesses
