📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts including EPC, design-build, subcontractor agreements, and consultancy agreements. • Advise stakeholders on construction-related claims, change orders, delay disputes, and termination issues. • Assist with project risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies throughout the construction lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local construction regulations and licensing requirements. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and external counsel as needed. • Support dispute resolution including litigation or arbitration proceedings when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Construction Lawyer. • Experience working with APAC-based clients or projects is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of construction law and industry practices. • Solid understanding of standard construction contracts, including AS 4000, D&C, EPC, and bespoke agreements. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • Experience advising on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
