📋 Description

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies tailored to the legal services industry, with a focus on client acquisition and retention. • Manage legal-focused campaigns across digital channels including SEO, email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. • Create and oversee a content calendar featuring thought leadership, blogs, case studies, and practice area-specific materials. • Optimize and manage website content and UX for lead conversion and brand alignment. • Coordinate with legal and business development teams to ensure marketing messaging is legally accurate and aligned with service offerings. • Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine marketing tactics to improve ROI. • Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, and branded templates tailored for law firm clients. • Stay current on legal industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to inform marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • A background in legal studies or law is a strong advantage. • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years supporting legal, compliance, or professional service organizations. • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that attract legal industry decision-makers. • Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress. • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with experience developing professional service content. • Familiarity with legal terminology and the ethical considerations when marketing legal services. • Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects independently in a remote team environment.
