📋 Description
• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust claims within the limit of authority • Handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims • Recognize customer needs and work to meet those needs • Apply increased experience in Adjuster II level or specialty positions
🎯 Requirements
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Strong understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships • Experience in managing complex claims • Ability to handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims • Skills in customer service and negotiation • Must be familiar with case management and claims resolution.
