• Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business execution. • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, and databases. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, finance, and client teams) to streamline communication and deliverables. • Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and prepare status reports. • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining team schedules. • Identify process bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions. • Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and document organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management. • Previous experience working with U.S. clients or within an international remote environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. • Experience in creating and maintaining operational processes and reporting dashboards is a plus.
