• We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with proven experience in the Singapore market. • The ideal candidate will own the early stages of the sales funnel, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Singapore-based organizations. • You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to drive pipeline growth for our clients. • Prospect and generate new leads in the Singapore market via cold calls, emails, social selling, and other outbound channels. • Conduct research on target companies and personas to build tailored outreach campaigns. • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls and email engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule product demos and hand off qualified opportunities. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., number of qualified meetings, pipeline value). • Provide feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and market trends in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • 2+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience, with at least 1 year focused on the Singapore market • Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape, key industries, and local decision-making processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead-gen and SDR quotas • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, operating on Singapore business hours (GMT+8)
