📋 Description

• Manage the online chat support system to assist customers with inquiries and issues • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries • Escalate complex help desk tickets to the internal team for further resolution • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding guest needs and offering effective solutions • Keep track of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments • Process guest billing questions, minor invoice corrections, and payment disputes • Assist with basic recordkeeping tasks, such as logging refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments accurately • Flag any billing discrepancies or unusual charges to the accounting team for review

🎯 Requirements
