📋 Description

• Assist in all aspects of media activity including invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, presentation support, and general media coordination • Learn the day-to-day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts • Become proficient in using applicable media software programs • Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research • Monitor campaign launches and troubleshoot missing creative, discrepancies, or other execution issues • Coordinate with internal team members and external media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 0-2 years media buying in an advertising agency environment, preferred • Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, a must! • Comfortable with basic math/accounting computation • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficient in Google suite, (docs, sheets, slides) • Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in a fast-paced environment, maintains composure under pressure • Skilled at multi-tasking simultaneous projects to maintain workflow and meet hard deadlines • Must have a sense of urgency • Strong critical thinking abilities • Must be proactive and adept at problem solving
