📋 Description

• The Tech Mahindra sales team is growing and hiring an Associate VP of CCaaS Sales who has the knowledge, expertise, and passion around contact centers and/or consulting sales. • Responsible for generating revenue, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, developing new clients across a variety of industries, and owning your book of business. • Responsible for driving proposal creation, proposal strategy, presentations, and overall client relationship strategy. • Participate in conferences and industry events. • This is a hands-on sales role where the primary function is to generate new logos as well as some farming of existing accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of CCaaS sales experience for the call center industry • Enterprise sales experience (contact center size 1000+ agent/seats) • Experience in selling consulting or professional • Must have experience selling 2M dollars plus deals (total contract value) • Understanding of CCaaS space and key competitors in the marketplace • Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals • RFP and RFI experience • MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (well versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations) • Ability to travel up to 25% + to engage with current Clients and perspective Clients • Vertical preferences healthcare, telecom, financial services, insurance, and retail.
