📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and Power BI. • Create optimized data models and implement advanced DAX expressions for accurate and efficient analytics. • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide actionable insights aligned with accounting and IFRS reporting standards. • Ensure visual consistency and clarity through effective data visualization design. • Manage MicroStrategy environment including user management, security roles, project setup, and access controls. • Handle metadata maintenance, server configuration, scheduling, and report distribution. • Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, patch installations, and troubleshoot server or application issues. • Act as an analytical advisor, guiding business stakeholders with insights and recommendations. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in BI development and administration, with strong experience in MicroStrategy and Power BI. • Advanced knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture, administration, and security management. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data modelling. • Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • A keen eye for layout, design, and data visualization aesthetics.
