📋 Description

• Manage existing clients and be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Hannover region • Act as a networker with a proactive approach to building partnerships • Work closely on implementing the sales strategy • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Actively drive the development of the sales area • Think in terms of holistic solutions and consider consultative advice an integral part of the sales process • Develop customer outreach concepts and provide on-site customer consultations • Prepare and present customer-specific proposals • Close contracts and ensure ongoing customer penetration (B2B) • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of services and customers in the housing industry/energy services

🎯 Requirements

• Sales professional with a passion for selling • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Strong communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel within the Hannover region • Several years of professional experience with demonstrable success in sales • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or equivalent qualification • Good CRM skills; experience in the housing industry is an advantage
