📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning). • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure clear backlog prioritization and delivery alignment. • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget within agreed parameters. • Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to achieve their goals. • Ensure consistent communication and reporting with stakeholders, leadership, and clients. • Track and report project KPIs (velocity, burn-down charts, value delivered, predictability, etc.). • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams and the organization. • Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams for seamless collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management fundamentals • Excellent stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage risks and dependencies • Proven ability to balance delivery excellence with team empowerment • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale programs is an advantage.
