📋 Description

• Evolve the internal AI-assisted development platform • Develop and maintain Skills, Rules, Agents, and other artifacts used by AI tools • Structure reusable knowledge bases for consumption by AI models • Organize technical documentation optimized for use by LLMs • Create automations that reduce manual work and increase engineering productivity • Continuously research new AI technologies and tools applied to software development • Participate in software architecture and engineering decisions • Support the definition of technical standards and development best practices • Produce clear, organized, and reusable technical documentation • Share technical knowledge through training, documentation, and hands-on demos • Assist developers in adopting AI tools to boost productivity and quality • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s software engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields • Strong experience in software development • Experience in software architecture • Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) • Solid experience in Prompt Engineering • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar) • Experience with Git • Experience developing REST APIs • Experience in automating development processes • Knowledge of software engineering best practices • Knowledge of API design • Nice-to-haves: background in Human Resources and Payroll systems; messaging systems; participation in technical communities; production of articles, trainings or technical content; postgraduate degree in Software Engineering; AWS or Microsoft Azure certifications; productivity applied to software engineering • Important competencies: intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, researcher mindset, innovative thinking, critical thinking, willingness to experiment with new technologies, inquisitive nature, organization, excellent technical communication, documentation skills, collaboration, knowledge sharing, proactivity, autonomy, analytical profile, systems thinking, quality focus, continuous improvement mindset, genuine interest in AI applied to engineering, and alignment with company values
