⢠First point of contact for customers by phone and in the service portal ⢠Guide customers from the initial request to the successful resolution of hardware and software issues ⢠Classify incoming requests in various ticketing systems, including ServiceNow ⢠Escalate requests to 2nd-level support when necessary ⢠Process IT service orders professionally ⢠Document requests and solutions according to ITIL standards as the interface to 2nd- and 3rd-level support ⢠Perform monitoring tasks in the areas of data backup and server monitoring ⢠Quickly identify customer issues and work on solutions in a results-oriented manner
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience with Microsoft products ⢠Experience in IT user support ⢠Business-fluent German language skills ⢠Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification and/or relevant professional experience ⢠Strong customer focus ⢠Flexibility for varying daytime working hours between 8:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday ⢠Conscientious work style ⢠Strong communication skills ⢠Proactive working style ⢠Analytical ability
