• Launch and manage client lead generation programs, ensuring accurate setup, configuration, and timely execution • Monitor program pacing and performance to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are met • Track operating costs and margins and provide periodic leadership updates • Review lead delivery, asset readiness, targeting requirements, and program details for quality control • Coordinate special campaign requirements, including advanced targeting and custom delivery needs • Maintain documentation for program requirements, handoffs, workflows, and recurring processes • Review RFP requests and prepare quote inputs based on requirements, targeting, inventory, and operational feasibility • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Finance, and external teams to clarify requirements and identify delivery risks • Prepare daily and weekly program metric reports and highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas • Aggregate, reconcile, and report monthly billing data and support accurate invoicing • Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and external partners on assigned programs • Provide updates, recommendations, and risk alerts; document decisions, ownership, and follow-ups • Support onboarding of new external relationships, kickoff communications, documentation, and access setup • Evaluate workflows, tools, and documentation to identify gaps and recommend scalable process improvements • Reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and share workflow best practices across the Operations team
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, campaign management, media operations, sales support, or a similar role • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple programs, deadlines, requirements, and stakeholder needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail when reviewing campaign requirements, quote inputs, reporting data, billing details, and delivery expectations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience documenting processes, improving workflows, creating templates, or reducing manual work • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Operations, and external partners • Ability to work independently with general direction, exercise sound judgment, and escalate risks or blockers • Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation, campaign tracking, CRM systems, reporting tools, or RFP workflows preferred • Must have a working laptop/PC, internet, and backup connection • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines and maintain authorization throughout employment • Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided • Pre-employment screening required
