📋 Description

• Manage FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), controllership, and financial/strategic planning processes, ensuring that results reflect the company’s accounting and financial reality and support decision-making by the board and shareholders. • Ensure the preparation and analysis of financial statements by overseeing accounting practices and liaising with external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and approval of the statements. • Ensure the company’s tax compliance by coordinating tax calculations and payments, ensuring adherence to legislation, meeting deadlines, and validation with external audit. • Participate in, support and influence strategic projects and committees through critical analysis and proposals for systemic and process improvements, ensuring sustainable growth and optimization of financial practices. • Manage accounting and tax BPO by monitoring SLAs, deliverables, and technical compliance, ensuring contractual adherence, quality and timeliness. • Ensure correct and timely delivery of financial information and metrics to shareholders, ensuring transparency, credibility of results, and alignment with the corporate group. • Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking, implementing best practices and innovations to ensure alignment with market benchmarks, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. • Ensure execution of financial and automation projects within the area through prioritization, schedule and resource management, guaranteeing efficiency, innovation and business impact. • Develop and lead the team through performance monitoring, structured feedback and training, ensuring technical growth, engagement and sustainable performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering • Strong experience in controllership, financial planning, accounting and taxation • Desirable experience with capital raising and logistics companies • Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) • Knowledge of ERP and TMS (desirable) • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments • Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, Business Administration or Economics • Knowledge of BI and AI
