📋 Description

• Responsible for supervising and optimizing regional road transport operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with standards and regulations. • Coordinate teams and implement operational improvements, promoting service excellence and customer satisfaction. • Supervise the team of analysts responsible for managing medium and large-volume customers directed to regional/national road transport operations, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. • Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations. • Lead, train and guide operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. • Evaluate team performance, setting goals and strategies for continuous development. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose initiatives to optimize operations and reduce costs. • Analyze operational data and prepare reports on performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. • Use digital tools and management systems to monitor operations and make informed decisions. • Maintain constant communication with customers and partners, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred. • Experience managing relationships with carriers and logistics service providers. • Strong background in coordinating operations, preferably in road transport and logistics. • Knowledge of management systems and technologies applied to transport. • Leadership, management and team development skills. • Advanced MS Office skills. • Knowledge of WMS, ERP and Power BI.
