📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators (preventive, corrective and predictive); • Manage the technical maintenance of heavy vehicle fleets; • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance processes; • Support cost reduction initiatives and increase operational productivity; • Oversee suppliers and outsourced service providers; • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations and quality requirements; • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards; • Act as a technical reference for the team and partnering departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or related fields; • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance (fleets, equipment or heavy vehicles); • Knowledge of maintenance management (preventive, corrective and indicators/KPIs); • Experience with data analysis and performance indicator monitoring; • Excel skills (intermediate/advanced); • Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP) is desirable; • Availability to travel. • Experience managing maintenance for heavy fleets; • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, etc.); • Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, etc.).
