📋 Description

• Be the advisor clients call first. Own senior executive relationships across your accounts, serving as a strategic partner to client leadership. • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and closing engagements that expand scope and deepen partnerships. • Provide executive oversight across client engagement, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed client expectations. • Ensure every engagement lands on time, within scope, and at the quality bar we pride ourselves in. • Own project-level P&L, driving profitability through effective pricing, resource allocation, and margin discipline. • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience, including senior leadership roles with account responsibility and delivery oversight. • Demonstrated success in selling and growing client accounts while maintaining delivery excellence. • Expertise in Lead-to-Cash, Data, or Digital/AI transformation (one or more required). • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing executive-level client relationships. • Commercial acumen with proven ability to manage engagement economics, pricing, and profitability. • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (technical or business) preferred.
