📋 Description

• You act as the central interface between the Technical Documentation department and the respective project organization. • Coordinate the Technical Documentation work packages to ensure contractual compliance with regard to quality, cost and schedule. • Create and continuously update scheduling, cost and resource plans for the work packages. • Align work packages with the department and define required specialist groups and resource needs. • Prepare status reports using provided reporting formats and derive substantiated assessments and actions. • Support Project Management Integrated Product Support (IPS) in clarifying technical details with customers, partners and subcontractors. • Identify project- and discipline-specific optimization opportunities, document necessary process adjustments and produce appropriate interface documents. • Ensure that quality checks of external and internal services and deliveries such as documentation and specifications are performed properly.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Documentation or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. • Comprehensive system knowledge of the support system Integrated Product Support, particularly in Technical Documentation. • Solid knowledge of the relevant standards, especially the ASD specifications S1000D and S2000M. • Application of classical (waterfall) and agile project management methods. • Ideally a project management certification such as IPMA or Scrum. • Strong communication skills. • Team orientation and active contribution to project success. • Goal-oriented approach and willingness to take responsibility. • Ability to constructively prevent or resolve conflicts. • Confident written and spoken English. • Initial or advanced professional experience in project management. • Practical experience in the navy, shipping, maritime logistics or in Integrated Product Support, preferably in the production of Technical Documentation or related ASD processes.
