📋 Description

• Professional who will act as the client's liaison with Teknisa's other departments; • Will be the client's focal point within the company, centralizing all client requests between the client and Teknisa; • Responsible for conducting all meetings with the client, whether technical meetings involving development, support, implementation, or commercial meetings; • Monitor and follow up on requests opened by the client, including tickets/calls or issues/requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Public Relations, or related fields; • Experience in post-sales/after-sales support; • Availability to travel; • Own equipment (mobile phone and laptop); • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; • Good written communication skills.
