• Drive strategy, demand, and brand equity across the Americas • Build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy targeting key markets (USCAN & LATAM) • Align campaigns with quarterly sales targets and collaborate with Client Partners and Strategic Advisors • Lead multi-channel demand generation efforts focused on quality MQLs over volume • Manage and optimize campaign execution across digital, social, media, events, and partnerships • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms • Manage the corporate website as a core sales channel — optimizing SEO, UX, conversion, and storytelling • Collaborate with technical leaders to extract insights and success stories and transform them into authoritative content: whitepapers, case studies, blogs, etc. • Equip the sales team with materials they need to win: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards by industry • Oversee marketing CRM quality and design workflows, lead scoring, and attribution models • Own the marketing budget and report on key business impact KPIs: CAC, ROI, Lead Velocity, Conversion, MQL-SQL
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or similar • 6+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, preferably in tech or consulting • Advanced certifications in Inbound, RevOps, SEO/SEM, or AI for marketing are a plus • Advanced HubSpot CRM expertise (workflows, lead scoring, attribution, audit & optimization) • Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics and campaign performance indicators • Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and SEO strategy • Familiarity with digital reputation platforms (Clutch, Glassdoor, etc.) • Comfort working with market research and competitive intelligence • Advanced level of English
