📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-to-end client solution delivery • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs • Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements • Manage projects and ensure seamless execution throughout the client lifecycle • Lead and facilitate project activities to ensure timely completion • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up and communication • Mentor and coach team members to achieve team goals • Present project updates and results to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience and/or direct project management experience • 3 or more years of client facing experience • Strong end to end operational knowledge • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Creative and solution-oriented mindset • Experience with healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems • Ability to work effectively across multiple projects • Metrics-driven approach • Keen attention to detail • Experience leading meetings and presentations • Official PMP Certification is a plus • Multi-lingual is a plus (proficient in English)
