📋 Description
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support to employees • Install and troubleshoot PC/Mac hardware and software • Create and update technical documentation • Provide escalation support for Helpdesk Technicians • Support in-house and remote computer systems
🎯 Requirements
• PC/Mac configuration and troubleshooting • Knowledge of network operating systems and protocols • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) • Experience with mobile devices and peripherals • Microsoft certifications (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferred)
